What age did you begin playing a musical instrument?

Age 8

Why did you choose the instrument you play?
Out of convenience—My mom owned a violin which she used when she was younger, but did not play anymore.

Who is your favorite composer, and favorite work? Why?
It’s impossible for me to choose a favorite composer but I do especially love Romantic – 20th Century Russian works.

How many years have you been performing with The Haddonfield Symphony?

Since 2004 (took a leave in 2006-07 season to play in the Honolulu Symphony)

What’s your favorite part about playing in The Haddonfield Symphony?

Playing great music with wonderful musicians.

Where do you aspire to be in ten years? And what do you plan to do?

Hopefully I’ll have a permanent job in a professional full time orchestra.

What are you currently listening to on your I-pod?
Wicked- the musical!

What other interests outside of music do you share, if any?
Scuba diving and competitive badminton.
