Directions

Directions to the Gordon Theater (Rutgers-Camden Center for the Arts):

From Points East:

  1. Take Route 38 West or Route 70 West to Route 30 West (Admiral Wilson Boulevard).
  2. Proceed approximately one mile to exit at right fork (last exit before toll – Camden Business District/Rutgers University).
  3. Continue several blocks to Seventh Street and turn left onto bridge. At the next light, turn right onto Cooper Street.
  4. Proceed six blocks to Third Street and turn right. Parking is available in Lot 14 on the left side of the street.

 

From Points West:

  1. Take the Ben Franklin Bridge and stay in right lane on the downsweep.
  2. Make the first right turn past the toll plaza onto Penn Street (there is no toll going East).
  3. At stop sign, go straight for one block. At the next light, turn right onto Cooper Street.
  4. Proceed six blocks to Third Street and turn right. Parking is available in Lot 14 on the left side of the street.

 

From Points South:

  1. Take Route 295 or the Atlantic City Expressway to Route 42 (North-South Freeway).
  2. Follow signs to Camden, exiting onto Route 676 North.
  3. Proceed on Route 676 to exit 5B (last exit before toll – Rutgers University).
  4. At traffic light, turn left. Proceed one short block to next light, turn left onto Seventh Street Bridge. At the next light, turn right onto Cooper Street.
  5. Proceed six blocks to Third Street and turn right. Parking is available in Lot 14 on the left side of the street.

 

From Points North:

  1. Take NJ Turnpike Exit 4.
  2. From tollbooths, take right ramp onto Route 73 North and proceed to Route 295 South.
  3. From Route 295 take Exit 26 (left lane) and follow signs to Camden, exiting onto Route 676 North.
  4. Proceed on Route 676 to Exit 5B (last exit before toll – Rutgers University). At traffic light, turn left.
  5. Proceed one short block to next light, turn left onto Seventh Street Bridge. At next light, turn right onto Cooper Street.
  6. Proceed six blocks to Third Street and turn right. Parking is available in lot 14 on the left side of the street.
